1 – Personal data collected from website form

Interactive Biosoftware is committed to protecting all personal data gathered and processed from the Interactive Biosoftware website (www.interactive-biosoftware.com) and adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French law “Loi Informatique et Libertés”

The personal data collected from the Interactive Biosoftware website is listed in the register of data processing. The information provided in the correspondence between us and the user or via the completion of available forms on our website, is received by Interactive Biosoftware’s authorised personnel and is used for administrative purposes, business management and to provide technical support when needed. Each form limits the collection of personal data to the necessary minimum.

In accordance with the applicable law and regulations relating to information technology, data files and civil liberties, the user is informed that he or she has the right to access, rectify and erase any personal data that he or she is concerned with. The user has equal right to object to the processing of personal data for commercial purposes and business development services.

Personal data is only stored for the necessary amount of time to complete the objective disclosed during collection, and complying with the legislation in force. A prospective client’s data is stored for the duration of three years. Interactive Biosoftware has implemented technical and organizational security measures in order to ensure the protection of the personal data.

2 – Prospective client’s and client’s Personal Data

Regarding the collection and processing of our personal data, Interactive Biosoftware complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable national legislation.

We collect and process personal data about you when we send a free trial of our applications to you, when you exchange information with us and/or purchase our products. The personal data we process includes your  surname, first name, professional or personal email address, professional or personal telephone number, job title, IP address (when logged in to our software) and/ or any other information you provide.

This personal data is handled by Interactive Biosoftware’s authorised personnel and is used for administrative and commercial management purposes and for technical support.

A prospective client’s data is stored for the duration of three years. And for the clients, only the necessary personal data, with a specific purpose, is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship with the client and for the time necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Interactive Biosoftware undertakes the necessary measures to keep the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected.

The personal data that we collect from you may be transferred and stored with IT service providers outside of the EU, mostly hosting services. Our selected subcontractors are committed to use optimal security within their infrastructure and to process the data we transfer to them only for the proper performance of their services.

In accordance with the French law “Loi Informatique et Libertés” and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete personal data being used.
